Walmart Supercenter

They have an insulting AI system as part of their self checkout that constantly wrongly accuses you of trying to steal items. It is an outrage and the height of disrespect for the morons back in Bentonville to subject honest customers to this idiocy. I ring up the first item and try to bag it, but the bag won't open so I have to get some saliva on my fingers to open the damn bag. Then I put the item in the bag, but now it alerts the associate because it thinks I stole something. Now I have to waste more time waiting for the guy to come over, and when he gets there we both have to watch a playback of a closeup surveillance video of me doing exactly what I described above. Stop treating honest people like criminals or you will start losing business.

Just ordered almost $200 worth of groceries, I am pregnant and need to use their grocery delivery service. Everything was going great, until my groceries were stolen by the delivery driver “ Gabriella “ all I was given was this photo, for confirmation of my food being “ delivered “ Walmart if refunding me back, but I am considering filing a police report, as this is bizarre behavior by the Walmart staff. Have never had this happened before, and am disgusted by this persons lack of conscience.

I shopped at the store last night for the first time. It was a typical shopping trip except for the fact that the milk section looked like a ghost town. I had to talk to 3 different associates (one of which was a front end manager) before I found someone to help me. A young man named Daniel was working hard quickly stocking the cheese section when I walked over to him. I asked him the same question that I had already asked 2 of his co-workers. "Is there more milk in the cooler that hasn't been put out yet? I know you might not know the answer because that's not your job, could you please tell me who CAN help me?" He didn't ignore me, he didn't walk away, he actually helped me! The best part of the interaction was that he did all of that without without treating me like I was a bother to him. He was very nice and polite. Thank you again Daniel for being the only person willing to help.

I wonder what the owners of great value and or Wallyworld pizza's look like...✌🏻

This Walmart is one of my go-to supermarkets for more than just food. Clean well stocked and carries an amazing array of products which makes shopping there very convenient
